ISIQALO SCHOLARSHIPS – AND WHY WE NEED YOUR HELP
BURSERIES & SCHOLARSHIPS
Isaac and Ghielda grew up on farms in the Ceres area, the children of farmworkers here. These two have big dreams. And they have the drive to reach those dreams.
– For Isaac, it’s his goal to be involved in agricultural production.
– Ghielda wants to be a successful lawyer.
They have already taken their first steps in these careers, both studying courses in these fields.
BUT THEY NEED YOUR HELP.
They have partial bursaries to support their studies from wonderful donors and supporters – people who believe in them. Now they need support to continue their studies.
How can you help?
Donate here (All funds raised will support these two fearless young adults).

ISAAC VAN WYK
Since 19-year old Isaac was a young child, he knew he wanted to work in the agricultural sector. And so for 18 years, Isaac worked hard at school; and during school holidays picked up work experience on the farm he grew up on. Today Isaac is studying Farm Management at Boland College. Then he wishes to specialise in fruit farming or livestock farming – where his real passion lies. He knows he’ll make a success of his future; not least because so many people believe in him.
It doesn’t matter that Ghielda Verus grew up on a small farm. She still has big dreams: to become a successful lawyer. And she has already taken the first steps towards realising her dream. She’s now undertaking a paralegal course in Wellington, working with inspirational mentors. What motivates her? Her favourite saying: Never stop when you’re tired; stop when you’re done!
