Matjiesrivier Primary School had a successful cross-country season this year. Two of the school’s cross-country runners, Jacquin De Wee (boys u/12) and Juanita Swartz (girls u/12), were part of the Boland team that participated in George on September 1st and 2nd. Juanita Swartz performed very well and secured a fourth-place finish. She was selected to represent the Western Cape at the South African championships in Polokwane, Limpopo on September 29th and 30th. Juanita achieved the 26th position.
